How do I send a card from my mobile device?

  1. 1. Choose the card you wish to send.
  2. 2. Click on the Email this card button from the left side.
  3. 3. Type your name (+ email address) and your recipient's name (+ email address) and your personal message in the space provided.
  4. 4. Click on either the Preview card or Send card button.

Can I only send these cards to someone with a smartphone?

Our cards can be sent to any email address or Facebook, Pinterest or Twitter account and can be viewed on most mobile devices as well as desktop computers.

Do I get notified when my card has been received?

Yes, you will automatically receive a copy of the card you sent as well as a notification that your card was picked up.

Why didn't the person I sent my card to receive it?

There are a number of reasons why your recipient may not have received your card. The first thing you should do is open the notification you received when your email was sent and double check that their email address was entered correctly. If there was an error with the recipient's email address, you will need to resend the card with the correct address.

If the recipient's email address does show correctly, then we did send a notification email to that address for your card. If they did not receive it, it must have been routed or blocked by their email provider and/or spam filter. It is not uncommon for spam filters to block the notification for cards by default. The notification email will then be routed to their spam folder or, in some cases, deleted outright. If this happens, the recipient will not see any record of the card, even if they check their spam folder.

In the notification email we send to you, we add a link to the card you sent. You can work around a spam filter issue by forwarding a copy of this link to your recipient. The email will then come from your email address instead of ours.
