How do I sign in?

You will need to sign in to gain access to all the benefits of Egreetings.com. All you need is a Facebook account so the good news is that you won't have to fill out any other registration form.

Log in to Egreetings via Facebook by clicking on the blue button with the Facebook logo saying “Login with Facebook” on the top right-hand side of your screen. You will need to enter your Facebook login information in the pop up screen that appears. When you have successfully logged in, you'll see your Facebook icon where the button was and in the ecards Comments section and the Upcoming Birthday calendar will be populated with your Facebook friends.

You can logout using the same procedure. Also, please note that the previous membership system has been replaced by the procedure described above.

How do I change the font of my personal message in an ecard?

Changing the font of your message creates an even more personalized look to your ecard!

To change the font of your greeting from the preselected Default, simply select another font from the drop down menu. If you change the font after you have already typed your message, the message will automatically change to the new font you have chosen.

You can also change the color, style (bold or italic), and size of your font. Just pick a color, select a style and a size. Your changes will occur automatically.

How can I stay up to date with the latest releases? Is there a Newsletter I can subscribe to?

Sure! We send monthly newsletters so you can keep updated on all the latest ecard additions to our site, special features and more. If you wish to subscribe to our free newsletter, please click on the Newsletter button under the logo in the homepage and enter your address in the blank box. Another way to subscribe to our monthly newsletter is  directly in the page where you personalize your ecard: any time you choose to email an ecard with Egreetings, make sure you have the box under Special Offers checked - it's right under the space where you enter your personal message in the ecard so you can't miss it!

How do I stop receiving emails or newsletters from you?

At the bottom of each promotional email there is an unsubscribe link. Please click the link in the email footer to go to the Subscription Center, then in the "Unsubscribe From All" field check the box next to "I no longer wish to receive any future publications" to remove your email address from our list.

How do I use the Upcoming Birthdays calendar?

In order to use the Upcoming Birthdays calendar you need to have a Facebook account and to be logged in to Egreetings with it. Just click on the blue button on the top right-hand side of the screen or click on the blue text in the Upcoming Birthdays calendar: "Login to Facebook to see your friends' upcoming birthdays!"  or click the blue "Login to Facebook" button. Once you're logged in, you'll see the icons of your Facebook friends whose birthdays are coming soon. You can find the Upcoming Birthdays calendar on the homepage and inside the Birthday category.

How do I save an ecard?

We only store ecards on our site for a limited time so you might want to save the ecards you want to keep. In order to do so, enter the ecard number you received in the email notification we sent you, on our Pick Up Page. Then, go to "File" menu of your browser and click "Save As" to save the HTML.

How do I change Egreetings search as my default search provider?

If you choose to remove the default search in your browser provided by Egreetings, you will have do to this manually in Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox.

For Internet Explorer, you can go to Internet Options, choose Search and click Settings. There you will choose your preferred provider from the list.

For Mozilla Firefox, you need to click the search provider's logo on the left of the search box in your browsers. A menu with a list of available search providers will be displayed or you can choose to click on Manage Search Engines and make your options there.

How do I remove Egreetings search from my homepage and new tab page?

If you wish to remove Egreetings from your homepage, you need to follow just a few steps.

In Internet Explorer, you need to click on the Tools menu, in the General tab, you can choose from the three options available: Use current, Use default or Use blank. If you're using Internet Explorer 8, and you wish to come back to the "New Tab" page, you can follow this flow: go to "Tools" > "Internet Options" > "Advanced" > click "Reset" under "Reset Internet Explorer settings". You will not lose any of your favorites or add-ons. If you wish to keep your personal data, leave the "Delete personal settings" box unchecked in the next screen.
