Browse through the selection on our site and pick the item you want to send. Click on the thumbnail image to get a full-screen view. Click the “Email this ecard” button and carefully enter the information below into the form.
FROM: Enter your name or nickname.
YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS: Enter your complete email address (for example, anyone@Egreetings.com).
SEND TO: Enter the email addresses of each of the recipients. You can enter up to 30 email addresses at a time.
MESSAGE: This is where you enter your personal message for your chosen recipients.
PREVIEW YOUR ECARD- Click this button at the bottom of the page to preview your message prior to sending your ecard. That's all there is to it. Have fun!
SEND ECARD- Click here to send. The "Success!" page indicates that you successfully sent your ecard.
And remember: you can change the font, color and size of the text in all ecards!
How do I resend an item?
You can do this easily in two ways described below.
You can either hit the “Send this ecard again” button on the confirmation page after you’re sent an ecard or you can use your confirmation email to resend an item.
When we send an ecard to your recipient, we send you a confirmation e-mail at the same time. Included in this e-mail letter is a URL, which can be used to resend your ecard. To resend, please follow these instructions:
How long does it take to send an ecard?
Ecards are usually sent within an hour. After we send your ecard, we will send you a confirmation e-mail to let you know that it was sent. The e-mail contains a link you can use to view the item that you just sent.
Can I cancel the delivery of an ecard I just sent?
Unfortunately, items sent for immediate delivery cannot be cancelled or retrieved for editing. Once an ecard has been sent, there is no way to stop the delivery.
How do I pick up my ecard?
We provide recipients with four viewing options (see below). If you have difficulty viewing animation or hearing sound, please see our troubleshooting tips for help.
Click on the URL (address) you received in the email notification we sent you. The address looks like this:

Copy and paste the URL (address) into the long, white address bar at the top of your browser window.
Enter the ecard number you received in the email notification we sent you, on our Pick Up Page http://www.egreetings.com/findit
Click the”Pickup your ecard” link next to the login button, on the top right-hand side on our site.
It is important to note that Egreetings.com mail notifications do not contain attachments of any kind. Instead, they contain a hyperlink, which directs recipients to a unique web page in order to view the ecard that was created for them. If you have received an ecard with an attachment, be advised that it did not come from Egreetings.com. We advise you to delete the email message that carries the attachment; be sure that you do not open the attachment.
Why won't my ecard load?
If you are having problems viewing your ecard, the problem may be temporary. Please wait a few minutes and try again. If you're still unable to view the ecard, the following information may help.
Browser Cache
Your browser's cache stores information about the web pages you've visited. Clearing your cache regularly frees up disk space on your computer, increases the computer's performance and rids your computer of any corrupted files.
Follow the instructions in your browser's Help section for clearing the cache. Once the cache has been cleared, close your browser window and re-open it.
Netscape users should look under Preferences, or for some versions of Netscape holding down the shift key and clicking the reload icon in the navigation toolbar will clear cache.
Internet Explorer users should look under Internet Options or for some versions of Internet Explorer, holding down the shift key and clicking the refresh icon in the navigation toolbar will clear cache.
Corporate Firewall
If you are at work, your company's firewall may prevent you from viewing our ecards. Check with your company's network administrator to find out if this is the case.
Macromedia FlashOur animated ecards are created using Macromedia's Flash software. In order to view them, you need the most current version of Macromedia's Flash Player.

If you choose to save the download rather than launching it automatically, it won't install until you double click the icon from wherever you save it.
E-Mail-Only Service
You need full internet access in order to view an ecard. Not all computer systems can view our ecard. "E-mail only" services such as WebTV and some types of Juno/NetZero service may not be able to display ecards.
How do I know my ecard is valid?
We are aware of malicious activity being channeled through fake ecard notifications. If you have any doubt as to whether or not your ecard notice is valid and truly from Egreetings.com, you can always follow these simple and safe steps:
For the Current Fake Notifications: As of right now, here are some other indicators of ecard notices not from us. If you find any of these attributes in your ecard notice, do not click on anything within that email:
Also please remember that your ecard notice should never send you an EXE file. If your email contains a clickable URL that is an EXE file, do not click on it.
If you believe you have been subjected to an invalid ecard notice, again please do not click on any links within that email. Please forward to security@egreetings.com to help further the investigation. At this time, please note that you will not receive a personal response from our security department confirming receipt of your email.
How can I keep an ecard for longer than 30 days?
We only store ecards on our site for a limited time so you might want to save the ecards you want to keep. In order to do so, enter the ecard number you received in the email notification we sent you, on our Pick Up Page http://www.egreetings.com/findit . Then, go to "File" menu of your browser and click "Save As" to save the HTML.
How do I post an ecard?
Posting an ecard to a social network of your choice is extremely easy. Browse through the selection on our site and pick the item you want to send. Click on the thumbnail image to get a full-screen view. Click the “Share this ecard” button and choose your preferred social network.
If you wish to post to Facebook, you can choose from the options on the left-hand site to “Post to a friend's wall” or “Post to your wall”. If you are not currently logged into Facebook a window will appear asking you to log into your Facebook account. Please log in to your Facebook account using your Facebook username and password.
If you are already logged into Facebook, you will be presented with your friends list to send the ecard to their wall or click the link "post this on your wall". When you choose to send the ecard to your own wall you will be given the choice to send it in a private message as well via a link in the bottom left corner that says "send as a message instead".
