About the eGreetings Toolbar
The eGreetings Toolbar is a browser tool that gives you quick and convenient access to our entire library of eGreetings ecards! As a bonus, you can use EGreetings content to insert cool emoticons and graphic text directly into web pages and emails.

The eGreetings toolbar also contains helpful utilities that help you quickly find what you're looking for when searching the web, as well as block annoying pop-ups as you search the web.

Can I send an ecard without downloading the Toolbar?
You must download the toolbar in order to have free access to our great selection of free ecards.

I don't see the Toolbar in my browser. What do I do?
If you are using Internet Explorer or Firefox, Click the "View" menu in your Internet Explorer. Select "Toolbars", then select "eGreetings Toolbar." A check mark will show up next to the toolbars that are visible.

Can I send ecards from the Toolbar?
Currently the toolbar is designed to give you quick and easy access to our ecards. Therefore you must go to the website in order to personalize and send your ecards. In future releases, we plan to add new features to help you customize and send your ecards directly from the toolbar, so make sure you check for the latest updates to the toolbar regularly!

How can I tell if I have the latest version of the Egreetings Toolbar?
On the far right of the toolbar is a silver gear. This is where you access your toolbar settings. Click the gear and select the 'Check for Updates' option in the menu.

If there is an update to your toolbar you will be provided instructions to get the latest version.

Search
eGreetings has partnered with Microsoft's Windows Live Search to bring you the fastest and most relevant search results. Live Search became your default search engine upon installation of the eGreetings Toolbar. You may change this manually at any time.

Can I turn off the eGreetings Toolbar within Internet Explorer or Firefox?
To turn off the eGreetings Toolbar within, click the right mouse button anywhere on the eGreetings Toolbar; a list of toolbars and plug-ins will appear. Selecting "eGreetings Toolbar" from the list will hide / turn off the EGreetings Toolbar. To turn the eGreetings Toolbar back on, repeat these steps!

Remove/Uninstall the eGreetings Toolbar
To uninstall the eGreetings Toolbar simply follow these steps:
  1. Open the Windows Control Panel
  2. Select "Add/Remove Programs"
  3. Select the eGreetings Toolbar from the list of installed applications
  4. Click on the "Remove" button
  5. Once the eGreetings Toolbar Uninstaller launches, follow the on screen prompts

Is the eGreetings Toolbar Spyware/Adware?
Absolutely not. We have taken the proper steps to ensure that the toolbar is completely Spyware and Adware free. We have undergone a thorough security review to ensure that there is nothing harmful to your computer that is bundled with the eGreetings Toolbar.

Browser Support
The eGreetings toolbar is currently only available on Internet Explorer but will be available for Firefox very soon. Safari support is not available at this time, but you may still send ecards if you are a Safari user.
