Browse through the selection on our site and pick the item you want to send. Click on the thumbnail image to get a full-screen view. Click the Personalize and Send button. On the personalization page, carefully enter the information below into the form.
TO: Enter the email addresses of each of the recipients. (If you're a member, you can use your Address Book to avoid having to type in the email addresses).
FROM: Enter your complete email address (for example, anyone@Egreetings.com).
Add a photo (members only)- Click to browse through images saved on your computer or on a disk and add them to your ecard.
Preview- Click this button at the bottom of the page to preview your message prior to sending your ecard. That's all there is to it. Have fun!
Send- Click here to send. The "Success!" page indicates that you successfully sent your ecard.

How do I resend an item?
You can use your confirmation email to resend an item.
When we send an ecard to your recipient, we send you a confirmation e-mail at the same time. Included in this e-mail letter is a URL, which can be used to resend your ecard. To resend, please follow these instructions:
- Copy the following URL that was in your confirmation email
- Paste the URL into the body of a new e-mail
- Send this e-mail to the intended recipient

How do I know my ecard was sent?
ecards are usually sent within an hour. After we send your ecard, we will send you a confirmation e-mail to let you know that it was sent. The e-mail contains a link you can use to view the item that you just sent.
If the recipient's e-mail address was entered incorrectly, you will receive what's called a "mailer daemon" e-mail letting you know that the ecard could not be delivered. Check your recipient's e-mail address to make sure you entered it correctly, and resend.
When your recipient "picks up" the item you sent, we will send you another confirmation e-mail to let you know!

How do I stop delivery?
Unfortunately, items sent for immediate delivery cannot be cancelled or retrieved for editing. Once an ecard has been sent, there is no way to stop the delivery.

How do I pick up my ecard?
We provide recipients with three viewing options (see below). If you have difficulty viewing animation or hearing sound, please see our troubleshooting tips for help.
- Click on the URL (address) you received in the email notification we sent you. The address looks like this:
http://www.Egreetings.com.com/view.pd?i=224408999&m=2265.
- Copy and paste the URL (address) into the long, white address bar at the top of your browser window.
- Enter the ecard number you received in the email notification we sent you, on our Pick Up Page http://www.Egreetings.com.com/findit.pd.
It is important to note that Egreetings.com mail notifications do not contain attachments of any kind. Instead, they contain a hyperlink, which directs recipients to a unique web page in order to view the ecard that was created for them.
If you have received an ecard with an attachment, be advised that it did not come from Egreetings.com. We advise you to delete the email message that carries the attachment; be sure that you do not open the attachment.

How do I know my ecard is valid?
We are aware of malicious activity being channeled through fake ecard notifications. If you have any doubt as to whether or not your ecard notice is valid and truly from Egreetings.com, you can always follow these simple and safe steps:
- physically type in our web address (www.egreetings.com) into your browser
- Go to the ecard pickup link at the bottom of the page
- Enter your specific greeting card code
For the Current Fake Notifications:
As of right now, here are some other indicators of ecard notices not from us. If you find any of these attributes in your ecard notice, do not click on anything within that email:
-Our subject line: "(Person’s name or email address) has sent you an ecard from Egreetings.com." -Their subject line varies (i.e. You’ve received an ecard from a class-mate! or You’ve received a postcard from a family member!).
-Our "from" line: ecard from Egreetings.com. -Their "from" line: egreetings.com (htgrb@dll.com) (note that the actual email address is random).
-Our pickup link will always have www.egreetings.com as the start of the URL. Their pickup link starts with an IP address.
Also please remember that your ecard notice should never send you an EXE file. If your email contains a clickable URL that is an EXE file, do not click on it.
If you believe you have been subjected to an invalid ecard notice, again please do not click on any links within that email. Please forward to security@egreetings.com to help further the investigation. At this time, please note that you will not receive a personal response from our security department confirming receipt of your email.
